The very latest camo pattern from our military is multicam and Designer paintball has it. The multicam is contrasted by a black mesh that is as strong and durable as this new camo pattern. If you want to keep up with the latest in milsim fabric this one is for you.
Imagine wearing a piece of paintball gear that not only improves your paintball game but also looks great. That is exactly what Designer Paintball created when we built our new Paintball Headwrap.
The Designer Paintball Headwrap was field tested over a period of several years. Our idea was to design head gear with some really bang-up fabric and to make it a fully functional piece of clothing. After many design changes based on feedback from our users, we developed a full head cover that does what it is supposed to do.
* Keep Perspiration Out of Your Eyes
* Reduce Mask Fogging
* Look Smashing
* Protect the Forehead
* Protect the Neck
* Prevent Sun Burns
* Comfortable
We use a double stitch inside seam so you don’t have to worry about fraying during hard play. We also use a specially made foam pad that goes between the layers of fabric. It is a thin (1/8 inch) dense material that wick moisture away from your face. Because it is porous, it allows air to flow through and evaporate the moisture it holds. It also provides protection and a few bounces when taking a shot to the forehead.
We use a single piece of fabric for the mesh that covers the head and falls below the shoulders. Because it is cut longer than anything else on the market and we use a single piece of fabric, it cost more to produce. However, it makes the unit stronger, better protects the neck and looks superior too.
The liner that rest against your forehead is a double layer of soft terry cloth. It pulls the moisture from your forehead and pumps into the inner foam. From there, the moisture is evaporated back out into the air keeping it out of your mask and reducing fogging. The wrap is a tie back design. The knot helps hold the mask secure and will not fail like the head bands and wraps that use Velcro to fasten.
